Bien que nous ayons fait des progr\u00e8s, l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes reste malheureusement un r\u00eave. Le rapport comprend les recommandations d\u00e9crites ci-dessous.<\/p><p>Premi\u00e8rement, le renforcement des cadres normatifs, juridiques et r\u00e9glementaires en mati\u00e8re d&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes. Les mesures suivantes permettront cela : une r\u00e9forme globale des lois, politiques et r\u00e9glementations qui discriminent les femmes ; parit\u00e9 hommes-femmes dans les postes de direction dans les gouvernements locaux et nationaux\u00a0; 50% objectifs de quotas pour les repr\u00e9sentations parlementaires, entre autres.<\/p><p>Deuxi\u00e8mement, la pr\u00e9vention et l&#039;\u00e9limination de la violence \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9gard des femmes dans la vie publique. Les mesures sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es sont : les cadres juridiques ; capacit\u00e9 d&#039;application de la loi; param\u00e8tre standard; et la fourniture de services, entre autres.<\/p><p>Troisi\u00e8mement, le renforcement des r\u00e9formes institutionnelles sensibles au genre. Les mesures suivantes sont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es : objectifs de parit\u00e9 hommes-femmes pour les groupes de travail ; les comit\u00e9s permanents et autres organes d\u00e9cisionnels, notamment en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la COVID-19\u00a0; et la tol\u00e9rance z\u00e9ro pour la violence \u00e9tablie dans les codes de conduite.<\/p><p>Quatri\u00e8mement, accro\u00eetre la disponibilit\u00e9 de financements de haute qualit\u00e9 pour soutenir la participation des femmes \u00e0 la vie publique. Les mesures sugg\u00e9r\u00e9es sont : un soutien public et priv\u00e9 aux candidates ; augmenter le pourcentage des fonds d&#039;aide publique au d\u00e9veloppement qui vont \u00e0 des objectifs d&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes autonomes et aux organisations de femmes\u00a0; et augmenter la qualit\u00e9 et la quantit\u00e9 du financement pour soutenir les femmes dans la vie publique.<\/p><p>Enfin, renforcer la voix des femmes et ne laisser personne de c\u00f4t\u00e9 dans la vie publique.
