Il traite \u00e9galement de l\u2019impact disproportionn\u00e9 des armes nucl\u00e9aires sur les filles, les femmes et les peuples autochtones, de l\u2019importance de l\u2019assistance aux victimes et de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de rem\u00e9dier aux dommages environnementaux d\u2019une mani\u00e8re in\u00e9dite.<\/p><p>Adopt\u00e9 par l&#039;ONU en juillet 2017, le Trait\u00e9 exigeait que 50 \u00c9tats membres de l&#039;ONU le signent et le ratifient avant de devenir juridiquement contraignant. Malgr\u00e9 les objections des cinq membres permanents du Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le Trait\u00e9 est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 22 janvier 2021 avec 86 \u00c9tats membres l&#039;ayant sign\u00e9 et 54 l&#039;ayant ratifi\u00e9.<\/p><p>Les obligations fondamentales des signataires\u00a0:<br \/>\u2022 Interdit le d\u00e9veloppement, les tests, la production et le stockage d&#039;armes nucl\u00e9aires.<br \/>\u2022 Interdictions d&#039;utiliser ou de menacer d&#039;utiliser des armes nucl\u00e9aires<br \/>\u2022 Interdit le stationnement, l&#039;installation ou le d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;armes nucl\u00e9aires sur les territoires des \u00c9tats parties.<br \/>\u2022 Oblige les \u00c9tats parties \u00e0 fournir une assistance aux victimes et \u00e0 aider \u00e0 la restauration environnementale n\u00e9cessaire en raison des essais ou de l&#039;utilisation d&#039;armes nucl\u00e9aires.<\/p><p>Lisez notre d\u00e9claration <a href=\"https:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Interfaith-Statement-on-the-TPNW-EIF-with-endorsements.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a>.<\/p><p>En savoir plus sur le Trait\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/disarmament\/wmd\/nuclear\/tpnw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ici<\/a>.
