aupr\u00e8s des Nations Unies avant le d\u00e9bat public annuel sur les femmes, la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.womenpeacesecurity.org\/resource\/open-letter-un-wps-whrds-october-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Groupe de travail des ONG sur les femmes, la paix et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/a>. Nous soutenons les femmes d\u00e9fenseures des droits humains, les artisans de la paix et les d\u00e9fenseurs de l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes dans toutes les r\u00e9gions du monde, mais en particulier celles qui vivent dans des zones de conflit.<\/p><p>La situation des femmes d\u00e9fenseures des droits humains (FDDH), des artisans de la paix, des d\u00e9fenseurs de l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et d&#039;autres dirigeants de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile en Afghanistan, au Myanmar et dans d&#039;autres parties du monde est extr\u00eamement dangereuse. Ces femmes jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la promotion de la paix, des droits humains et de la justice entre les sexes, mais elles sont constamment attaqu\u00e9es parce qu&#039;elles font du travail.<\/p><p>La lettre nous rappelle que &#8220;Les femmes afghanes ont courageusement et inlassablement lutt\u00e9 pour leurs droits pendant des d\u00e9cennies, malgr\u00e9 les conflits, la discrimination profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9e, la corruption et la pauvret\u00e9. Elles sont maintenant menac\u00e9es par un r\u00e9gime qui a un long pass\u00e9 de brutalit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9pression des droits des femmes. &#8230; Les femmes d\u00e9fenseurs des droits humains dans d&#039;autres zones de conflit s&#039;en tirent \u00e0 peine mieux.&#8221;<\/p><p>Nous nous joignons \u00e0 l&#039;appel lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 &#8220;tous les \u00c9tats membres, les Nations Unies et les dirigeants internationaux \u00e0 prioriser, \u00e0 financer et \u00e0 soutenir activement la participation pleine, \u00e9gale et significative des femmes, dans toute leur diversit\u00e9, dans tous les aspects de la paix et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
