L&#039;id\u00e9e \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9parer et d&#039;inspirer les jeunes \u00e0 la Commission sur la condition de la femme (CSW66) qui s&#039;est tenue du 14 &amp;#8211 ; 25 mars 2022).<\/p><p>Les jeunes organisateurs ont men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate avant l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement et ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats. L&#039;enqu\u00eate s&#039;adressait aux jeunes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 15 \u00e0 30 ans et a \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s : 325 personnes interrog\u00e9es ont exprim\u00e9 leurs inqui\u00e9tudes face \u00e0 la crise climatique et au statut des femmes.<\/p><p>Les r\u00e9sultats de l&#039;enqu\u00eate peuvent donner un aper\u00e7u de la volont\u00e9 d&#039;agir des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. Certains messages \u00e0 retenir sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s ci-dessous\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Les jeunes sont clairement touch\u00e9s par le changement climatique. La plupart d\u2019entre eux soulignent l\u2019importance de la zone g\u00e9ographique dans laquelle ils vivent.<\/li><li>Les fortes pr\u00e9cipitations, les vagues de chaleur intenses (augmentation des temp\u00e9ratures) et les exc\u00e8s de froid (diminution des temp\u00e9ratures) comptent parmi les principales cons\u00e9quences du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de changement climatique.<\/li><li>Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont profond\u00e9ment pr\u00e9occup\u00e9es par l\u2019avenir de la plan\u00e8te. Ils ont \u00e9galement peur de leurs futures conditions de vie. En outre, ils estiment \u00e9galement que les gouvernements, les dirigeants mondiaux et les militants doivent contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019att\u00e9nuation.<\/li><li>Recyclage des v\u00eatements, des aliments et des produits utilis\u00e9s\u00a0; r\u00e9duire le gaspillage alimentaire; utiliser les transports en commun ; r\u00e9duire la consommation de plastique ; promouvoir les espaces verts avec la plantation d&#039;arbres ; r\u00e9duire la consommation de viande (devenir v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien\/v\u00e9g\u00e9talien) sont quelques-unes des principales mesures prises par les personnes interrog\u00e9es pour lutter contre le changement climatique.<\/li><li>Les jeunes pensent que leur voix doit \u00eatre entendue. Cela signifie que les dirigeants des secteurs politique, \u00e9conomique et \u00e9tatique doivent \u00e9couter leurs revendications pour un monde plus vert et plus durable. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, les femmes et les communaut\u00e9s autochtones sont les plus vuln\u00e9rables au changement climatique et doivent disposer d\u2019un espace pour s\u2019exprimer.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ce dialogue interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel a analys\u00e9 les nombreuses in\u00e9galit\u00e9s fond\u00e9es sur le genre exacerb\u00e9es par le changement climatique et les catastrophes environnementales. Les intervenants ont partag\u00e9 leurs histoires en travaillant sur l&#039;intersection des droits des filles et de la justice climatique.<\/p><p>Les intervenants et les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonn\u00e9s par toutes les opportunit\u00e9s dont disposent les jeunes pour commencer \u00e0 agir et contribuer \u00e0 mettre fin au d\u00e9sastre du changement climatique. Le dialogue interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel peut se r\u00e9sumer en deux mots : <strong>espoir<\/strong> et <strong>action<\/strong>.
