Mon voyage CSW66 a commenc\u00e9 le 12 f\u00e9vrier avec une fille’ groupe de r\u00e9daction de d\u00e9clarations organis\u00e9 par le Groupe de travail sur les filles (WGG). Je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas s\u00fbr du montant que je pourrais apporter. Cependant, cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre une excellente occasion de rencontrer des filles du monde entier, d'\u00e9couter leurs points de vue uniques et de r\u00e9diger la d\u00e9claration qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e devant la CSW de l'ONU.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s le caucus des filles, lorsqu'on m'a dit que je pouvais participer davantage au forum des ONG CSW, je me suis sentie honor\u00e9e. Je savais que je serais capable d\u2019\u00e9couter et de communiquer avec de nombreuses femmes fortes, autonomes et intelligentes du monde entier. Avant le d\u00e9but de la CSW, nous avons eu la chance d'assister \u00e0 deux autres r\u00e9unions du caucus des filles, ce qui m'a aid\u00e9e \u00e0 me faire conna\u00eetre et \u00e0 devenir une meilleure d\u00e9fenseure.\u00a0<\/p>

Le premier \u00e9v\u00e9nement de l'ONG CSW auquel j'ai assist\u00e9 \u00e9tait une c\u00e9r\u00e9monie d'orientation parrain\u00e9e par l'ONG CSW. Ici, j'ai acquis des connaissances plus techniques concernant les th\u00e8mes CSW66, le forum des ONG CSW et CSW. L\u2019envie d\u2019assister \u00e0 chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait forte, mais en raison des fuseaux horaires et des chevauchements, cela n\u2019\u00e9tait pas possible. Cependant, j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 d\u2019assister \u00e0 autant de cercles de conversation et de s\u00e9ances d\u2019information de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile que possible.<\/p>

Outre les \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les, nous avons \u00e9galement obtenu un lien vers le calendrier de tous les \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les organis\u00e9s par plusieurs \u00c9tats membres et associ\u00e9s de l'ONU. L'ONG CSW a d\u00e9termin\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont je pensais \u00e0 beaucoup de choses. Cela m\u2019a fait prendre conscience du lien ind\u00e9niable entre le changement climatique, les risques de catastrophe et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les sexes. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert des informations choquantes, comme le fait que les catastrophes naturelles tuent plus de femmes que d\u2019hommes et que les femmes sont touch\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e par le changement climatique.<\/p>

Bien entendu, les informations ne constituent pas la seule chose que j\u2019ai acquise. J'ai \u00e9galement \u00e9tabli des liens avec d'autres d\u00e9fenseurs du JCOR et j'ai obtenu une direction pour mener mon plaidoyer. M\u00eame si ces deux semaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s charg\u00e9es, elles se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es dans le flou et m'ont laiss\u00e9e comme une \u00e9cologiste et une militante plus confiante, mieux inform\u00e9e et plus autonome.<\/p>
