Le but de cette initiative \u00e9tait de cr\u00e9er un espace permettant aux jeunes de s&#039;exprimer sur les questions internationales li\u00e9es aux Nations Unies (ONU) et d&#039;essayer d&#039;attirer les participants \u00e0 s&#039;impliquer dans les activit\u00e9s\/\u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 venir.<\/p><p>L&#039;organisation de ce dialogue entre les Alumni et le Repr\u00e9sentant des Jeunes a \u00e9t\u00e9 structur\u00e9e en diff\u00e9rentes sections.<\/p><p>L&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement a commenc\u00e9 par une br\u00e8ve pr\u00e9sentation des participants et un grand merci pour leur participation \u00e0 l&#039;enqu\u00eate lanc\u00e9e en mai dans laquelle les participants potentiels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s sur leurs connaissances et leurs int\u00e9r\u00eats concernant les ODD de l&#039;ONU. Cecilia O&#039;Dwyer a ensuite expliqu\u00e9 la mission de l&#039;IBVM\/CJ \u00e0 l&#039;ONU en tant qu&#039;ONG. Le bureau joue un r\u00f4le important au sein du groupe de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile au Conseil \u00e9conomique et social (ECOSOC) et au D\u00e9partement des communications mondiales.<\/p><p>Nous avons ensuite discut\u00e9 des ODD suivants\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Social : Paix, justice et institutions fortes (ODD 16)<\/strong><br \/>La situation en Ukraine a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019une des principales questions abord\u00e9es en termes de paix et de stabilit\u00e9 mondiales. Les deux faces de la m\u00e9daille, le multilat\u00e9ralisme et l\u2019unilat\u00e9ralisme, sont aujourd\u2019hui en conflit, la Russie exer\u00e7ant sa force contre le territoire ukrainien attaqu\u00e9. De plus, les jeunes participants \u00e9taient pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par les crimes de guerre commis par les troupes russes. Dans ce sc\u00e9nario, il est extr\u00eamement difficile de trouver une solution pacifique. Cependant, il est essentiel de mettre en place des mesures pr\u00e9ventives visant \u00e0 \u00e9viter la violence et la guerre.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c9conomique\u00a0: Travail d\u00e9cent et croissance \u00e9conomique (ODD 8)<\/strong><br \/>Malgr\u00e9 l&#039;effet du covid-19 sur l&#039;\u00e9conomie, les participants ont soulign\u00e9 le r\u00f4le que jouera la num\u00e9risation dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, au cours desquelles la technologie cr\u00e9era de nouveaux emplois ou en d\u00e9truira certains qui existent aujourd&#039;hui. Ainsi, ils ont tous convenu qu\u2019il \u00e9tait indispensable de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution rapide des machines et aux avanc\u00e9es technologiques. En outre, ils ont soulign\u00e9 l&#039;importance du travail des femmes et la lutte pour l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances en mati\u00e8re d&#039;emploi sans aucune sorte d&#039;\u00e9cart entre les sexes (\u00e9galement conforme \u00e0 l&#039;ODD 5\u00a0:\u00a0\u00c9galit\u00e9 des genres).<\/li><li><strong>Environnemental\u00a0: eau propre et assainissement (ODD 6), \u00e9nergie propre et abordable<\/strong><br \/><strong>(ODD 7) et Villes et communaut\u00e9s durables (ODD 11)<\/strong><br \/>L\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019eau de base est un droit fondamental dont tout \u00eatre humain doit jouir. N\u00e9anmoins, les participants ont convenu que dans de nombreux pays, ce n&#039;est pas le cas. L&#039;une des filles a partag\u00e9 son exp\u00e9rience en contribuant au d\u00e9ploiement d&#039;usines de purification d&#039;eau en Inde lors de son travail b\u00e9n\u00e9vole il y a trois ans. Par cons\u00e9quent, les pays d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s (le Nord) doivent aider ceux qui ont un besoin urgent d\u2019aide (le Sud) \u00e0 avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une eau non pollu\u00e9e. Pour cela, la bonne gouvernance devrait \u00eatre un principe directeur pour les gouvernements locaux. En examinant les derniers ODD (n\u00ba7 et n\u00ba11), ils ont tous partag\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de s&#039;adapter aux nouvelles sources d&#039;\u00e9nergie renouvelable et de les appliquer dans les zones m\u00e9tropolitaines et urbanis\u00e9es des villes. Produire de l\u2019\u00e9nergie propre et abandonner les combustibles fossiles devrait \u00eatre une priorit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><p>Chaque participant a pu s&#039;exprimer confortablement et honn\u00eatement tout en s&#039;\u00e9coutant&#8217; vues.
