Le Forum politique de haut niveau sur le d\u00e9veloppement durable (HLPF) s'est tenu du mardi 5 juillet au lundi 18 juillet 2022. Le th\u00e8me du HLPF 2022 \u00e9tait \u00ab\u00a0Reconstruire en mieux apr\u00e8s la maladie \u00e0 coronavirus (COVID-19) tout en faisant progresser la pleine mise en \u0153uvre du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2030 \u00bb. Le HLPF est la principale plateforme des Nations Unies pour le suivi et l'examen du Programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable \u00e0 l'horizon 2030 et des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) au niveau mondial.<\/p>

Les cinq objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable examin\u00e9s en 2022 \u00e9taient\u00a0:<\/p>

  1. \u00c9ducation de qualit\u00e9 (ODD4)<\/li>
  2. \u00c9galit\u00e9 des genres (ODD5)<\/li>
  3. La vie sous l'eau (ODD14)<\/li>
  4. Vie sur terre (ODD15)<\/li>
  5. Partenariats (ODD17)<\/li><\/ol>

    En tant que membre des grands groupes d'ONG (organisations non gouvernementales), nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l'ensemble du processus tout au long du HLPF. La pr\u00e9paration du HLPF par les ONG a lieu des mois avant l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement proprement dit \u00e0 l'ONU. Des consultations r\u00e9gionales et nationales sont organis\u00e9es pour obtenir des informations de premi\u00e8re main sur la mise en \u0153uvre des ODD au niveau national. En cons\u00e9quence, des rapports parall\u00e8les sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s et soumis \u00e0 l'ONU par les groupes d'ONG. Des documents de position sur chaque ODD examin\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9dig\u00e9s et envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 l'ONU dans le cadre de la contribution des ONG \u00e0 la d\u00e9claration minist\u00e9rielle.<\/p>

    Quarante-quatre pays ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leurs examens nationaux volontaires (ENV). Tous les rapports VNR soumis peuvent \u00eatre trouv\u00e9s ICI<\/a>. Les ONG ont eu la possibilit\u00e9 de faire des interventions lors de la pr\u00e9sentation des ENV.<\/p>

    De nombreux \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les et laboratoires ODD ont \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s par diverses ONG sur la base de leur travail sur le terrain \u00e0 travers le monde. La plupart des \u00e9v\u00e9nements parall\u00e8les se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s en ligne, auxquels beaucoup pouvaient acc\u00e9der depuis n'importe o\u00f9 dans le monde. Nous avons \u00e9galement pu organiser une \u00e9v\u00e9nement parall\u00e8le<\/a> en partenariat avec d'autres ONG confessionnelles sur les ODD 4 et 5, apportant les bonnes pratiques de notre r\u00e9seau.<\/p>
