C&#039;\u00e9tait la premi\u00e8re fois que je participais \u00e0 un \u00e9v\u00e9nement comme celui-ci, et j&#039;ai rapidement d\u00e9couvert le v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9vouement et l&#039;expertise de toutes les personnes impliqu\u00e9es dans l&#039;organisation de l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Contribuer \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement en cr\u00e9ant l&#039;affiche et en aidant \u00e0 l&#039;animer a \u00e9t\u00e9 incroyablement gratifiant et j&#039;ai ressenti un immense sentiment de fiert\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler pour assurer le succ\u00e8s de l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p><p>Pour moi, l&#039;aspect le plus remarquable de l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#039;intelligence et l&#039;enthousiasme des jeunes femmes et filles qui ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9v\u00e9nement. J&#039;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 tellement \u00e9tonn\u00e9 par leur passion, l&#039;expression de leurs opinions et leur volont\u00e9 partageant les m\u00eames id\u00e9es de cr\u00e9er un changement et de d\u00e9fendre les questions sociales. C\u2019\u00e9tait inspirant pour moi de voir notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de filles et de jeunes femmes devenir de telles actrices de changement. J&#039;\u00e9tais ravi de participer \u00e0 une conversation aussi stimulante, o\u00f9 toutes les opinions \u00e9taient valoris\u00e9es et o\u00f9 la diversit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rentes cultures, races, origines et \u00e2ges \u00e9tait c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Le Cercle de Conversation a \u00e9t\u00e9 une excellente occasion d\u2019entrer en contact avec des femmes et des filles du monde entier et je l\u2019ai vraiment appr\u00e9ci\u00e9. Je crois fermement que des conversations et des \u00e9v\u00e9nements comme celui-ci sont au c\u0153ur de la justice sociale et cr\u00e9ent un r\u00e9el changement et de l\u2019espoir. J&#039;encourage les autres \u00e0 assister et \u00e0 participer \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements comme celui-ci \u00e0 l&#039;avenir, car je me sentais tellement revigor\u00e9 par les conversations et r\u00e9confort\u00e9 par le nombre de personnes soucieuses de cr\u00e9er \u00e9galement un changement. Participer au cercle de conversation virtuel du WGG a \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience transformatrice pour moi. Cela m\u2019a renouvel\u00e9 la conviction que le changement peut commencer par les individus, leurs actions et leurs opinions. J&#039;en ai appris davantage sur l&#039;importance cruciale de l&#039;\u00e9ducation et de la technologie pour parvenir \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des sexes et \u00e0 l&#039;autonomisation des femmes et des filles.<\/p><p>Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&#039;occasion d&#039;entrer en contact avec des femmes et des filles du monde entier et d&#039;apprendre d&#039;elles, ce qui nous limite g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en raison des lieux.
