Empoderando meninas por meio da lideran\u00e7a<\/h3>

A capacita\u00e7\u00e3o das raparigas atrav\u00e9s da educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal permite a independ\u00eancia social e a autoconfian\u00e7a. A cultura patriarcal da Alb\u00e2nia proporciona um ambiente desafiador para as raparigas, especialmente para as raparigas das zonas rurais. H\u00e1 menos oportunidades para as raparigas rurais e elas est\u00e3o mais isoladas das actividades sociais. As meninas est\u00e3o desenvolvendo suas habilidades aprendendo a escrever curr\u00edculos, cartas de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, e-mails oficiais e completando seu portf\u00f3lio pessoal. O programa oferece \u00e0s meninas a oportunidade de um curso de \u201cEmpoderamento atrav\u00e9s da Autodefesa\u201d. As meninas aprendem a se amar mais, a acreditar em si mesmas e a ter for\u00e7a para trabalhar comportamentos e encerrar contatos que antes controlavam suas vidas.<\/p>

A abordagem de lideran\u00e7a interactiva escolhida d\u00e1 \u00e0s raparigas oportunidades de se tornarem mais activas e de desempenharem um papel fundamental em iniciativas comunit\u00e1rias e de servi\u00e7o. Esta abordagem \u00e9 implementada atrav\u00e9s do voluntariado e da escrita sobre quest\u00f5es sociais. Ao ajudar as raparigas a conhecerem-se e a compreenderem-se, elas s\u00e3o capazes de identificar os seus valores pessoais e sociais e como se protegerem do tr\u00e1fico de seres humanos. Mary Ward Loreto acredita que as meninas podem mudar o mundo!<\/p>
