A sociedade \u00e9 melhor quando mais pessoas s\u00e3o produtivas e contribuem para o seu crescimento.\u00a0<\/p><p>Menciona a necessidade de estrat\u00e9gias transversais, incluindo: Formaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do emprego; Sistemas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social (seguran\u00e7a social); Acesso a uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade; e Programas de educa\u00e7\u00e3o digital e treinamento de habilidades. Os governos foram lembrados do compromisso que assumiram na Cimeira Mundial para o Desenvolvimento Social de 1995. O apelo \u00e0 a\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Civil era:<\/p><ul><li>Investir em pisos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o social para todos os membros da sociedade, sem discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de qualquer natureza e independentemente da nacionalidade ou situa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional.\u00a0<\/li><li>Incentivar o progresso econ\u00f3mico hol\u00edstico sustentado atrav\u00e9s da inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica sustent\u00e1vel que procura equilibrar a harmonia social e a protec\u00e7\u00e3o do mundo natural.<\/li><li>Comprometer-se com pol\u00edticas de financiamento e de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de emprego viradas para o futuro. As institui\u00e7\u00f5es do Estado devem criar incentivos para que o sector privado (empresas, ind\u00fastria) se comprometa com um dever essencial: investir na promo\u00e7\u00e3o e liberta\u00e7\u00e3o dos talentos dos jovens.<\/li><li>Garantir que os jovens tenham um caminho para o emprego. A programa\u00e7\u00e3o em torno da transi\u00e7\u00e3o para um trabalho digno exige investimento na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de alta qualidade para todos. O acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o de qualidade para os membros mais desfavorecidos da popula\u00e7\u00e3o de uma na\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser priorizado.
