O DCF desempenha um papel fundamental na adapta\u00e7\u00e3o da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional para o desenvolvimento ao novo e em mudan\u00e7a ambiente global e \u00e0s necessidades e prioridades em evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos pa\u00edses. . Serve como espa\u00e7o dentro da ONU para discutir tend\u00eancias e progressos na coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional para o desenvolvimento e desenvolver recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas voltadas para o futuro e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es normativas sobre a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o para o desenvolvimento com vista \u00e0 consecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos ODS.<\/p><p>Como membros da sociedade civil e da ONG de Financiamento para o Desenvolvimento (FfD), fomos convidados a fazer uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o no segundo dia sobre como abordar a exclus\u00e3o digital. Partilhamos a experi\u00eancia da nossa rede e as incalcul\u00e1veis dificuldades pessoais e financeiras enfrentadas, especialmente pelas pessoas dos sectores de servi\u00e7os e informal que n\u00e3o podiam trabalhar a partir de casa. Reiter\u00e1mos que o acesso digital \u00e9 um direito humano e pedimos aos Estados-Membros que tomassem medidas para aumentar a literacia digital e financeira, incluindo a seguran\u00e7a e a numeracia entre os grupos marginalizados.
