Algu\u00e9m bem destacou que uma pessoa \u00e9 a soma de tudo o que ama, dos livros que leu, das pessoas que conheceu, dos eventos que participou, etc. Nesse sentido, reconhe\u00e7o humildemente que, para mim, participar como um delegado no F\u00f3rum Pol\u00edtico de Alto N\u00edvel (HLPF) realizado em Nova York, de 10 a 19 de julho, na Sede da ONU – um espa\u00e7o de multilateralismo inclusivo – foi o evento mais impressionante, intenso, impactante, profundo, rico e importante do qual j\u00e1 tive a honra e a alegria de fazer parte.<\/p>

Em primeiro lugar, gostaria de expressar minha profunda gratid\u00e3o \u00e0s irm\u00e3s Janet Palafox IBVM e Cynthia Mathew CJ pela enorme oportunidade que me ofereceram, convidando-me a fazer parte desta realidade. Deu-me a oportunidade de aprender muito, de ouvir as vozes dos governos, da sociedade civil, de numerosos especialistas de alto n\u00edvel, cientistas, l\u00edderes acad\u00e9micos e oradores inspiradores, bem como das delega\u00e7\u00f5es dos 39 pa\u00edses chamados a apresentar progressos realizado a meio da Agenda 2030. O f\u00f3rum centrou-se em cinco dos 17 objectivos seleccionados para este ano: Objectivos 6 sobre \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel e saneamento, 7 sobre energia limpa e acess\u00edvel, 9 sobre ind\u00fastria, inova\u00e7\u00e3o e infra-estruturas, 11 sobre cidades e comunidades sustent\u00e1veis, e 17 sobre parcerias para os objetivos.<\/p>

Agrade\u00e7o calorosamente \u00e0s minhas irm\u00e3s pelo seu calor, abertura e hospitalidade, pelo cont\u00ednuo apoio, assist\u00eancia e incentivo que me deram. Inclusive por facilitar tantos encontros, e por me familiarizar com tantas personalidades, grupos, realidades e lugares, entre os quais destaco pessoalmente:
\u2022 a reuni\u00e3o com a Sra. Ioana-Cristina Mihail, especialista em Direitos Humanos, conselheira de Sua Excel\u00eancia o Embaixador Cornel Feru\u021b\u0103 na Miss\u00e3o Permanente da Rom\u00e9nia junto da ONU em Nova Iorque;
\u2022 a oportunidade de reunir-se com a delega\u00e7\u00e3o romena, que apresentou not\u00e1veis relat\u00f3rios VNR, aos quais se juntaram os excepcionais relat\u00f3rios realistas e sinceros com as vozes das crian\u00e7as, a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o da Juventude, bem como os relat\u00f3rios subnacionais.<\/p>

Particularmente interessante foi a cerim\u00f3nia de encerramento, quando neste enorme palco do mundo, onde diante de n\u00f3s se desenrolava toda a quest\u00e3o do mundo ajoelhado sob o peso das suas dificuldades, fomos presenteados com o resumo do que ouvimos: que apesar de todos os nossos esfor\u00e7os , estamos fora do rumo e, em algumas \u00e1reas, retrocedemos. No entanto, sentimo-nos encorajados pelo facto de que, ao reformar a arquitectura financeira internacional, promover a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre as diversas partes interessadas, n\u00e3o deixar ningu\u00e9m para tr\u00e1s e capacitar e envolver as mulheres e as raparigas na consecu\u00e7\u00e3o dos ODS, as tend\u00eancias negativas podem ser combatidas. Mais do que isso, no contexto das policrises, o vazio de dados, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios investimentos na recolha e governa\u00e7\u00e3o de dados e na capacidade anal\u00edtica para garantir a disponibilidade de dados partilh\u00e1veis, reutiliz\u00e1veis, flex\u00edveis e reativos e para impulsionar mudan\u00e7as transformacionais. Cada um de n\u00f3s presentes foi convidado a ter pelo menos duas ideias inspiradoras e a decidir tomar pelo menos duas a\u00e7\u00f5es que possam ajudar a mudar o mundo para melhor para implementar os ODS.<\/p>

Gostaria de concluir com uma palavra de profunda gratid\u00e3o pela prepara\u00e7\u00e3o on-line anterior realizada por Teresa Blumenstein, coordenadora da Coaliz\u00e3o de Religiosos pela Justi\u00e7a (JCoR), e pelo apoio e incentivo m\u00fatuos dela e de que todos os delegados presentes desfrutaram ao longo de todo o processo. esse per\u00edodo durante nossos momentos de ora\u00e7\u00e3o, reuni\u00f5es, avalia\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias e apresenta\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>
