Entre estas, uma resolu\u00e7\u00e3o not\u00e1vel centrou-se no reconhecimento e na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho n\u00e3o reconhecido e n\u00e3o remunerado dos cuidadores. O projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o aprovado intitulado &#8220;Promover sistemas de cuidados e apoio ao desenvolvimento social&#8221; insta os estados a criarem ambientes prop\u00edcios \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de cuidados e apoio. Enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia de reconhecer, redistribuir e valorizar o trabalho de cuidado entre indiv\u00edduos, fam\u00edlias, comunidades, setor privado e estados. A resolu\u00e7\u00e3o sublinha o papel essencial da economia do cuidado na consecu\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade de g\u00e9nero e na capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as mulheres e raparigas.<\/p><p>Representantes de v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses destacaram a import\u00e2ncia da resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, salientando a invisibilidade e a subvaloriza\u00e7\u00e3o da presta\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados n\u00e3o remunerada e o seu impacto nas pol\u00edticas sociais e econ\u00f3micas. Apesar de algumas preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es e explica\u00e7\u00f5es de posi\u00e7\u00e3o, a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o foi aprovada sem vota\u00e7\u00e3o. <span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), 'Artegra Sans', Sans-serif; font-size: 1rem; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Al\u00e9m disso, a Comiss\u00e3o aprovou um projecto de decis\u00e3o sobre o tema priorit\u00e1rio da sua sexag\u00e9sima terceira sess\u00e3o, centrando-se no refor\u00e7o da solidariedade, da inclus\u00e3o social e da coes\u00e3o social para acelerar o cumprimento dos compromissos definidos nas principais declara\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento social e na Agenda 2030 para o Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p><p>A sess\u00e3o foi conclu\u00edda com a elei\u00e7\u00e3o do Presidente e dos Vice-Presidentes para a sexag\u00e9sima terceira sess\u00e3o, com Krzysztof Maria Szczerski (Pol\u00f3nia) eleito como Presidente. A Comiss\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m adiou as elei\u00e7\u00f5es dos restantes membros da Mesa, sublinhando a import\u00e2ncia da solidariedade na orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de transi\u00e7\u00f5es econ\u00f3micas e sociais bem-sucedidas.<\/p><p>Ao longo da sess\u00e3o, os debates enfatizaram a necessidade de reforma na arquitectura financeira internacional, no com\u00e9rcio agr\u00edcola justo e nos quadros internacionais de apoio. Olhando para o futuro, a Comiss\u00e3o pretende contribuir para v\u00e1rios f\u00f3runs e cimeiras futuras que abordem o desenvolvimento social e os objetivos sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p><p>O Comit\u00ea de ONGs para o Desenvolvimento Social, do qual a ONG ONU IBVM \u00e9 membro, dedica-se a aumentar a conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o e a realizar discuss\u00f5es sobre quest\u00f5es de desenvolvimento social abordadas pelo Sistema das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas e, em particular, pela Comiss\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para o Desenvolvimento Social. O comit\u00e9 organiza um F\u00f3rum da Sociedade Civil e outros eventos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o na Comiss\u00e3o. Durante este F\u00f3rum, as ONG de todo o mundo t\u00eam a oportunidade de conhecer o trabalho umas das outras e de se prepararem para a Comiss\u00e3o, inclusive trabalhando em documentos de posi\u00e7\u00e3o e interven\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p><p>A Declara\u00e7\u00e3o da Sociedade Civil para a 62.\u00aa sess\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o para o Desenvolvimento Social destaca a fragilidade do mundo devido \u00e0s desigualdades estruturais, \u00e0 injusti\u00e7a, \u00e0 pobreza extrema, \u00e0 fome, \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o e a v\u00e1rias crises, incluindo a pandemia da COVID-19. Enfatizou a necessidade de um contrato social renovado que integre a justi\u00e7a social, econ\u00f3mica, ambiental e pol\u00edtica a n\u00edvel nacional e internacional.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Principais prioridades:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><strong>Invista no capital humano:<\/strong> Defender pol\u00edticas sociais transformadoras que priorizem o bem-estar e a dignidade humana. Isso inclui &#8220;toda a sociedade&#8221; abordagem, sensibilidade ao g\u00e9nero, transpar\u00eancia e elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da corrup\u00e7\u00e3o na tomada de decis\u00f5es.<\/li><li><strong>Reformar as Estruturas Financeiras Globais:<\/strong> Abordar as desigualdades econ\u00f3micas globais atrav\u00e9s de uma nova arquitectura financeira, da revis\u00e3o do sistema comercial global, da reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o da d\u00edvida e de pol\u00edticas fiscais que apoiem os Objectivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel (ODS).<\/li><li><strong>Garantir a igualdade de acesso a um ambiente saud\u00e1vel:<\/strong> Apelar \u00e0 igualdade de acesso a um ambiente saud\u00e1vel e seguro, enfatizando o impacto das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas na sa\u00fade p\u00fablica, na seguran\u00e7a alimentar e na paz. Destacar a necessidade da a\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica e das institui\u00e7\u00f5es monitorarem e fazerem cumprir os direitos ambientais.<\/li><li><strong>Garantir a igualdade perante a lei:<\/strong> Defender a igualdade de prote\u00e7\u00e3o e benef\u00edcios perante a lei para todos os indiv\u00edduos, independentemente de sexo, ra\u00e7a ou etnia. Enfatizar os direitos n\u00e3o realizados consagrados no direito internacional, incluindo o direito ao desenvolvimento e \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Chamada para a\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p><p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o termina com um apelo \u00e0 ac\u00e7\u00e3o para que os Estados-membros incluam pessoas com experi\u00eancias vividas nas respostas pol\u00edticas, garantam a igualdade de acesso \u00e0s necessidades b\u00e1sicas, estabele\u00e7am sistemas de protec\u00e7\u00e3o social baseados nos direitos humanos, priorizem o bem-estar em detrimento do PIB na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas econ\u00f3micas, alarguem al\u00edvio da d\u00edvida, integra\u00e7\u00e3o das perspectivas de g\u00e9nero, reconhecimento dos cuidados de sa\u00fade como uma responsabilidade social e avan\u00e7o dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas&#8217; direitos.<\/p><p>A declara\u00e7\u00e3o apela a esfor\u00e7os colaborativos em solidariedade e parceria para um mundo mais equitativo, inclusivo e justo.
