O Documento de Resultado da C\u00fapula do Futuro descreve o Pacto para o Futuro, que inclui dois anexos principais: o Pacto Digital Global e a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Gera\u00e7\u00f5es Futuras. O Pacto Digital Global enfatiza o papel transformador das tecnologias digitais na remodela\u00e7\u00e3o das sociedades globalmente. Embora essas tecnologias tenham o potencial de melhorar o bem-estar global, seus benef\u00edcios n\u00e3o s\u00e3o igualmente acess\u00edveis, particularmente para na\u00e7\u00f5es em desenvolvimento com recursos limitados. Alcan\u00e7ar um futuro digital mais equitativo requer o fortalecimento da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional e o fechamento das divis\u00f5es digitais.<\/p>

O Pacto Digital Global visa criar um futuro digital inclusivo, aberto, sustent\u00e1vel e seguro para todos. Apesar do progresso na redu\u00e7\u00e3o da exclus\u00e3o digital de g\u00eanero, mulheres e meninas continuam desproporcionalmente afetadas, com uma lacuna significativa no acesso \u00e0 internet e nas oportunidades digitais. Por exemplo, 46% de meninos usam a internet, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com apenas 27% de meninas. Para abordar isso, o Pacto destaca a import\u00e2ncia da educa\u00e7\u00e3o STEM, da alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o digital e da seguran\u00e7a online para mulheres e outros grupos sub-representados. Essas s\u00e3o etapas importantes para fechar a lacuna digital de g\u00eanero.<\/p>

O Pacto opera sob os princ\u00edpios orientadores da Carta das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas e estabelece cinco objetivos gerais para orientar a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o digital globalmente:<\/p>

  1. Acabar com as diferen\u00e7as digitais:<\/strong> O Compacto se compromete a melhorar a conectividade at\u00e9 2030, garantindo acesso acess\u00edvel e integrando tecnologias digitais em todos os n\u00edveis de desenvolvimento. Isso inclui esfor\u00e7os para promover habilidades digitais e infraestrutura p\u00fablica digital para apoiar os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel (ODS 9).<\/li>
  2. Expandir a inclus\u00e3o da economia digital<\/strong>:O Pacto busca um ambiente digital justo, inclusivo e acess\u00edvel, incentivando o compartilhamento de conhecimento e a transfer\u00eancia de tecnologia, especialmente por meio de colabora\u00e7\u00f5es Norte-Sul e Sul-Sul.<\/li>
  3. Garantir espa\u00e7os digitais seguros e abertos:<\/strong> O Compacto ressalta a necessidade de prote\u00e7\u00f5es de direitos humanos na esfera digital, garantindo que as tecnologias digitais respeitem, protejam e promovam os direitos humanos. Ele pede estruturas legais mais fortes para proteger crian\u00e7as online e encoraja o setor privado a aderir aos Princ\u00edpios Orientadores da ONU sobre Empresas e Direitos Humanos.<\/li>
  4. Governan\u00e7a de Dados Respons\u00e1vel:<\/strong> Enfatizando a import\u00e2ncia da governan\u00e7a de dados, o Compact busca criar sistemas respons\u00e1veis e interoper\u00e1veis que protejam os direitos humanos, fomentem a inova\u00e7\u00e3o e promovam o crescimento econ\u00f4mico. Ele destaca a necessidade de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o global eficaz na governan\u00e7a de dados para maximizar os benef\u00edcios das tecnologias digitais.<\/li>
  5. Governar a Intelig\u00eancia Artificial (IA) para a Humanidade:<\/strong> O Compact reconhece o potencial da IA para impulsionar o progresso em todos os ODS e pede uma estrutura de governan\u00e7a equilibrada e inclusiva. Ele incentiva o desenvolvimento de IA que promova culturas, idiomas e dados locais diversos, garantindo que os sistemas de IA beneficiem todas as comunidades.<\/li><\/ol>

    Em suma, o Pacto Digital Global \u00e9 um documento multifacetado e ambicioso que defende um futuro digital inclusivo, seguro e justo. Ele promove o desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel, o crescimento da economia digital, a inova\u00e7\u00e3o em IA, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o STEM e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos. Esses compromissos visam causar um impacto duradouro em todos os n\u00edveis, da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o global \u00e0s comunidades locais, garantindo que ningu\u00e9m seja deixado para tr\u00e1s na transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital.<\/p>
