{"id":1452,"date":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","date_gmt":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/?p=1452"},"modified":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","modified_gmt":"2017-07-11T00:57:04","slug":"redefinindo-a-pobreza-na-hlpf","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/pt\/redefinindo-a-pobreza-na-hlpf\/","title":{"rendered":"Redefinindo a pobreza no HLPF"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>A reuni\u00e3o de hoje proporcionou a vozes novas e poderosas uma plataforma para discutir as suas ideias inovadoras e progressistas centradas na erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da pobreza.<\/h1>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1455\" src=\"http:\/\/ibvmunngo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/IMG_2665-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2665\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O primeiro dia do F\u00f3rum Pol\u00edtico de Alto N\u00edvel nas Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas abordou como os Objectivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel adoptam uma abordagem inclusiva e multidimensional \u00e0 pobreza que nunca foi vista numa agenda da ONU antes.<\/p>\n<p>Tempos desesperadores exigem medidas inovadoras&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>\u00cdndice de Pobreza Multidimensional (IPM)<\/strong><\/span> \u00e9 a nova medida proposta para a pobreza em todo o mundo. A riqueza \u00e9 redefinida como a quantidade de educa\u00e7\u00e3o, cuidados de sa\u00fade, inclus\u00e3o social, viol\u00eancia, priva\u00e7\u00e3o que um indiv\u00edduo recebe, bem como medidas monet\u00e1rias de rendimento. Este novo modo de medir tend\u00eancias \u00e9 a mudan\u00e7a radical que o mundo necessita para realmente cumprir o objectivo de \u201cn\u00e3o deixar ningu\u00e9m para tr\u00e1s\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sendo a Col\u00f4mbia uma das primeiras na\u00e7\u00f5es a implementar o IPM na pol\u00edtica governamental, eles falaram com carinho das melhorias que o seu pa\u00eds experimentou desde que foram capazes de monitorizar e compreender profundamente a natureza da sua crise de pobreza e os factores que provocam a sua pobreza. O MPI permitiu \u00e0 Col\u00f4mbia tomar decis\u00f5es informadas sobre a designa\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos e a detec\u00e7\u00e3o de tend\u00eancias perigosas.<\/p>\n<p>Estes dados mais refinados s\u00e3o essenciais para o bem-estar geral das pessoas vulner\u00e1veis, especificamente das crian\u00e7as. A UNICEF falou sobre a necessidade de dar prioridade a esta gera\u00e7\u00e3o de crian\u00e7as necessitadas se pretendemos a erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da pobreza para a pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o. A recompensa por investir nas crian\u00e7as de hoje supera em muito o custo inicial do investimento.<\/p>\n<p>Em \u00faltima an\u00e1lise, esta confer\u00eancia p\u00f4s em evid\u00eancia a import\u00e2ncia da <strong>REDEFININDO A POBREZA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grande parte da popula\u00e7\u00e3o idosa est\u00e1 privada de inclus\u00e3o social, algumas fam\u00edlias da classe m\u00e9dia est\u00e3o privadas de uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o digna, muitas mulheres est\u00e3o privadas de oportunidades de emprego e alguns residentes rurais est\u00e3o privados de \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel. Todas estas s\u00e3o formas de pobreza, n\u00e3o relacionadas com o rendimento.<\/p>\n<p>Tal como os pr\u00f3prios ODS, esta nova abordagem \u00e0 pobreza \u00e9 inclusiva, interligada e multifacetada.
