mundo participaram e contribu\u00edram para uma campanha de igualdade conduzida pelo Grupo de Trabalho sobre Meninas, uma rede de ONGs da qual o escrit\u00f3rio de ONGs da IBVM se orgulha de ser membro. Na confer\u00eancia discutimos v\u00e1rios problemas relacionados com as mulheres e todas as solu\u00e7\u00f5es vi\u00e1veis para esses problemas.<\/p><p>Fal\u00e1mos sobre v\u00e1rios problemas como a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de g\u00e9nero, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres, as complexidades da sa\u00fade das mulheres, a carreira e a maternidade, etc.\u00a0<br \/>Em geral, as causas de quase todos os problemas enfrentados pelas mulheres s\u00e3o semelhantes. Algumas das principais causas s\u00e3o o analfabetismo, o patriarcado, a falta de apoio familiar, a falta de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das regras, o ass\u00e9dio sexual, etc.<\/p><p>Meninas de todo o mundo sugeriram solu\u00e7\u00f5es para v\u00e1rios problemas, partilharam os seus pontos de vista sobre diferentes temas e tiveram uma intera\u00e7\u00e3o muito frutuosa. Algumas solu\u00e7\u00f5es gerais para os principais problemas enfrentados pelas mulheres acabaram por ser puni\u00e7\u00f5es para aqueles que n\u00e3o cumprem as regras, igualdade de g\u00e9nero, oportunidades iguais, papel igual na condu\u00e7\u00e3o da carreira e da fam\u00edlia, elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas supersticiosas, etc.<\/p><p>O programa foi muito frut\u00edfero e gostaria de agradecer aos organizadores do IBVM por nos terem participado no programa e por nos terem dado uma oportunidade maravilhosa de fazer parte da campanha internacional pela igualdade CSW.
