Do infantic\u00eddio \u00e0 desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e0 falta de cuidados de sa\u00fade e ao acesso desigual \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o, a Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Igualdade n\u00e3o pode ser alcan\u00e7ada sem a participa\u00e7\u00e3o plena e igual das raparigas, sem que as suas quest\u00f5es sejam abordadas, as suas vozes sejam ouvidas e a sua presen\u00e7a se torne vis\u00edvel e consistente.<\/p><p>Para abordar estas lacunas e quest\u00f5es, o Grupo de Trabalho sobre Raparigas, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a ONG CSW, organizou o C\u00edrculo Global de Conversa\u00e7\u00e3o de Raparigas no dia 16 de Mar\u00e7o de 2021, durante a 65\u00aa sess\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre o Estatuto da Mulher. Este c\u00edrculo de conversa reuniu meninas de diferentes partes do mundo e proporcionou-lhes uma plataforma para expressarem as suas opini\u00f5es sobre as quest\u00f5es das Coliga\u00e7\u00f5es de A\u00e7\u00e3o Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Igualdade.<\/p><p>O Grupo de Trabalho sobre Meninas&#8217; O CSW65 Global Girl-Led Conversation Circle em parceria com a ONG CSW foi realizado no dia 16 de mar\u00e7o. Tive a honra de facilitar uma das rodas de conversa centrada no tema \u201cMulheres, Paz e Seguran\u00e7a e A\u00e7\u00e3o Humanit\u00e1ria\u201d. Fizemos dupla com meninas de outras organiza\u00e7\u00f5es nos treinos que aconteceram nos dias 6 e 14 de mar\u00e7o.<\/p><p>Minha co-facilitadora, Ashlei e eu preparamos uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o em power point sobre a agenda do nosso grupo para melhor compreens\u00e3o dos participantes. Meu grupo era bastante diversificado e foi maravilhoso facilitar a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de grandes entusiastas, ativistas e feministas. Tive uma garota dos EUA, uma do Paquist\u00e3o, uma do Jap\u00e3o e uma da \u00cdndia. Cada uma delas junto com Ashlei, que foi minha co-facilitadora, e eu discutimos a agenda, compartilhamos nossas experi\u00eancias pessoais relacionadas \u00e0 agenda e apresentamos solu\u00e7\u00f5es como a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres na tomada de decis\u00f5es e nas mesas de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o, melhor saneamento em campos de refugiados, clubes escolares centrados na seguran\u00e7a das raparigas para que se sintam seguras nas suas comunidades e muito mais. A discuss\u00e3o foi bastante frut\u00edfera e construtiva. Tamb\u00e9m compartilhamos alguns dos projetos pessoais em que est\u00e1vamos trabalhando e apresentamos t\u00e9cnicas para arrecadar fundos e criar networking.<\/p><p>Terminada a discuss\u00e3o, Riya e Clara, as defensoras do WGG, aceitaram nossas sugest\u00f5es e fecharam a roda de conversa. Posteriormente, tivemos a sess\u00e3o de esclarecimento onde compartilhamos nossas experi\u00eancias e demos feedback.<\/p><p>No dia 17 de Mar\u00e7o, tivemos o Grupo de Raparigas onde sugerimos altera\u00e7\u00f5es ao Projecto Zero das Conclus\u00f5es Acordadas para o CSW65. Honestamente, tivemos discuss\u00f5es gratificantes enquanto sugerimos altera\u00e7\u00f5es e foi maravilhoso estar envolvido no processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o.<\/p><p>No dia 18 de Mar\u00e7o, participei numa das Girls\u2019 Open House Sessions.\u201d A sess\u00e3o aberta foi um espa\u00e7o feminino onde interagimos e nos conhecemos.<\/p><p>Esses tr\u00eas dias me tornaram uma pessoa melhor, mais confiante e mais ousada. Conhecemos pessoas de todo o mundo e suas perspectivas e compartilhamos nossas opini\u00f5es com elas. Todo o evento me ajudou a construir minha rede, aprender e crescer.
