Estatuto da Mulher est\u00e1 em andamento, tendo sido iniciada em 15 de mar\u00e7o de 2021. O tema da sess\u00e3o deste ano foi \u201cA participa\u00e7\u00e3o plena e efetiva das mulheres e a tomada de decis\u00f5es em p\u00fablico vida, bem como a elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia, para alcan\u00e7ar a igualdade de g\u00e9nero e o empoderamento de todas as mulheres e raparigas.\u201d Foi um privil\u00e9gio ter participado nos eventos paralelos desta sess\u00e3o da CSW como delegado da delega\u00e7\u00e3o juvenil da ONG IBVM-Loreto, e ter interagido e contribu\u00eddo de todas as formas poss\u00edveis, com o prop\u00f3sito de promover a campanha Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Igualdade.<\/p><p>Sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da Irm\u00e3 Janet Palafox, participei do Grupo de Trabalho sobre Meninas&#8217; CSW65 Global Girl-Led Conversation Circle em parceria com a ONG CSW. Os facilitadores e os delegados foram divididos em salas de descanso menores com o tema das sete Coaliz\u00f5es de A\u00e7\u00e3o convocadas pela ONU Mulheres, por exemplo, Viol\u00eancia Baseada em G\u00eanero, Justi\u00e7a e Direitos Econ\u00f4micos, e Autonomia Corporal e Sa\u00fade e Direitos Sexuais e Reprodutivos (SDSR). . Juntamente com uma anotadora das Escoteiras, lidero o grupo sobre Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o da Coaliz\u00e3o de A\u00e7\u00e3o para a Igualdade de G\u00eanero. O grupo era composto por delegados de diferentes origens \u00e9tnicas e culturais e de grupos et\u00e1rios menores de 18 anos.<\/p><p>Hoje, as mulheres e as crian\u00e7as continuam a suportar desproporcionalmente os efeitos da pobreza nos pa\u00edses em desenvolvimento (e desenvolvidos). Portanto, a quest\u00e3o central na formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas em ci\u00eancia, para o desenvolvimento, \u00e9 conceber, implementar, monitorizar e ajustar a Ci\u00eancia, Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o (CTI) usando uma perspectiva de g\u00e9nero (ou seja, garantir que homens e mulheres beneficiam igualmente). A discuss\u00e3o abrangeu tr\u00eas \u00e1reas principais: Mulheres na Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia, Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia para Mulheres e Divis\u00e3o Digital de G\u00e9nero. No \u00e2mbito desta agenda, o grupo discutiu e levantou os seguintes pontos:<\/p><ol><li>Barreiras como o ambiente escolar inadequado, a falta de comodidades e transportes e as perspetivas tradicionais e culturais prejudiciais dificultam \u00e0s raparigas a obten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma educa\u00e7\u00e3o cient\u00edfica coerente.<\/li><li>O n\u00famero de mulheres na ci\u00eancia e na tecnologia continua a diminuir \u00e0 medida que se passa das escolas prim\u00e1rias para as universidades, e depois dos laborat\u00f3rios para a for\u00e7a de trabalho \u2013 isto \u00e9 conhecido como o princ\u00edpio do \u201cLeaky Pipeline\u201d.<\/li><li>A falta de modelos e de representa\u00e7\u00e3o na hist\u00f3ria da ci\u00eancia faz com que o campo pare\u00e7a dominado pelos homens para as crian\u00e7as, fundamentando uma perspectiva da ci\u00eancia com preconceito de g\u00e9nero nas suas mentes desde tenra idade.<\/li><li>\u00c9 necess\u00e1rio garantir um maior acesso das mulheres \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o empresarial, ao capital e aos mercados para melhorar os seus meios de subsist\u00eancia e impulsion\u00e1-las no campo da inova\u00e7\u00e3o. Isto inclui a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de aconselhamento e forma\u00e7\u00e3o, melhor acesso aos mercados e ao financiamento e apoio tecnol\u00f3gico nos processos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e qualidade.<\/li><li>A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o em mat\u00e9ria de sa\u00fade e p\u00fablica deve ser mais sens\u00edvel ao g\u00e9nero.<\/li><li>Para al\u00e9m da disparidade na educa\u00e7\u00e3o e no recrutamento STEM, as perspectivas socioculturais nas zonas rurais ou nos sectores socioecon\u00f3micos mais fracos inibem as mulheres de terem acesso igualit\u00e1rio \u00e0 tecnologia. Existe um sentimento de tecnofobia entre as massas, e isso impede que muitas mulheres e raparigas tenham acesso aos servi\u00e7os online e aos benef\u00edcios que acompanham a tecnologia.<\/li><\/ol><p>No dia 17 de Mar\u00e7o, o Girl Caucus liderado por l\u00edderes jovens como n\u00f3s discutiu o -Zero-Draft deste ano compilado pela Comiss\u00e3o. Encontrei-me no Breakout Group discutindo as cl\u00e1usulas sobre Viol\u00eancia Baseada em G\u00e9nero, onde discutimos quest\u00f5es que v\u00e3o desde o tr\u00e1fico de crian\u00e7as at\u00e9 \u00e0 viol\u00eancia digital. A sess\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m foi dirigida pela Sra. Anita Bhatia, Diretora Executiva Adjunta de Gest\u00e3o de Recursos, Sustentabilidade e Parcerias da ONU Mulheres.<\/p><p>Sem d\u00favida, a \u00faltima semana foi repleta de algumas das experi\u00eancias mais enriquecedoras e esclarecedoras para mim. Interagir com meninas da minha idade de todo o mundo equipou melhor minha percep\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o empoderamento das mulheres e o feminismo interseccional.
