A Conven\u00e7\u00e3o 190 da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) e a Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o 206 que a acompanha fornecem o quadro legislativo e pol\u00edtico para abordar a viol\u00eancia e o ass\u00e9dio no mundo do trabalho, incluindo a viol\u00eancia baseada no g\u00e9nero.<\/p><p>A crise da COVID-19 destacou a fluidez do local de trabalho e exacerbou as press\u00f5es sobre os mais vulner\u00e1veis, especialmente as mulheres, os jovens, as crian\u00e7as, os migrantes, os refugiados e as pessoas com defici\u00eancia. Os riscos enfrentados pelos trabalhadores, incluindo a viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e o cyberbullying, precisam de ser abordados.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dado que v\u00e1rios Estados-Membros n\u00e3o ratificaram e implementaram a C190 da OIT, deve ser feito um apelo para os lembrar da sua import\u00e2ncia.
