O Grupo de Trabalho sobre Crian\u00e7as e Jovens do comit\u00e9 de ONG para Acabar com o Tr\u00e1fico de Pessoas recomenda que os Estados-Membros implementem legisla\u00e7\u00e3o anti-tr\u00e1fico que proteja crian\u00e7as e jovens e determine o seu tratamento como v\u00edtimas e n\u00e3o como criminosos.<\/p>
