H\u00e1 uma cita\u00e7\u00e3o apropriada que diz: \u201cAs pessoas mais felizes que conhe\u00e7o s\u00e3o aquelas que se perdem no servi\u00e7o aos outros\u201d. – Gordon B. Hinckley.<\/p>

A pandemia de Covid-19 e o seu segundo ataque devastaram o mundo e, em particular, a \u00cdndia. \u00c0 medida que a nossa na\u00e7\u00e3o enfrentava este ataque diab\u00f3lico, muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sociais mergulharam em modo de guerra para aliviar o sofrimento das pessoas. Entre muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es sociais, o Centro Social Mary Ward de Calcut\u00e1 (KMWSC) se destaca por seu servi\u00e7o indom\u00e1vel aos mais necessitados na cidade de Calcut\u00e1. Recebi um convite desafiador para fazer parte deste processo de ajuda em conjunto com o grupo dedicado liderado pela Ir. Monica Suchiang ibvm, diretora do Centro Social.<\/p>

O centro serviu refei\u00e7\u00f5es preparadas para mais de 200 pacientes e pessoas carentes durante 50 dias ininterruptos. N\u00e3o foi apenas uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o, mas a refei\u00e7\u00e3o criada por muitos cora\u00e7\u00f5es dispostos, como os patrocinadores, doadores, volunt\u00e1rios, cortadores de legumes, cozinheiros, embaladores de refei\u00e7\u00f5es, distribuidores e ousados guerreiros da Covid. Juntamente com esta refei\u00e7\u00e3o cozinhada, um grupo esteve presente para acompanhar e atender as pessoas necessitadas distantes com ra\u00e7\u00e3o seca e kit m\u00e9dico.<\/p>

O que realmente me impressionou foi a maneira de organizar uma responsabilidade t\u00e3o dif\u00edcil de maneira tranquila com todas as ag\u00eancias com o prop\u00f3sito de servir aos necessitados. Galvanizou as pessoas de todos os estratos, incluindo v\u00e1rias congrega\u00e7\u00f5es religiosas, para sa\u00edrem das suas conchas e partilharem tempo e recursos. Minha pequena contribui\u00e7\u00e3o foi picar legumes com minha faca favorita, que usei fielmente durante 50 dias.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Desejo e rezo para que esta organiza\u00e7\u00e3o continue a inspirar e motivar cada indiv\u00edduo a dedicar-se ao servi\u00e7o dos outros, para que possam ajudar os outros a desfrutar a verdadeira felicidade da vida em todos os sentidos da palavra.<\/p>
