Recentemente, as na\u00e7\u00f5es do mundo reuniram-se em Glasgow, para fazer parte da Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas sobre Altera\u00e7\u00f5es Clim\u00e1ticas de 2021, mais conhecida como COP26.<\/p><p>Na prepara\u00e7\u00e3o para a COP26, enquanto milhares de pessoas marchavam em Glasgow para pressionar por planos de ac\u00e7\u00e3o melhores e mais eficazes, n\u00f3s, a IBVM, para fazer a nossa parte no combate \u00e0 inac\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica e organiz\u00e1mos Conversas Lideradas por Jovens sobre Justi\u00e7a Clim\u00e1tica no dia 25 de Outubro, 2021. Carlota Gayo de Espanha, Ailish Gaughan e Ellie Johnson do Reino Unido, e Riya Bhargava do Escrit\u00f3rio de Nova Iorque do IBVM trabalharam em conjunto para pesquisar e abordar os aspectos das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas que mais preocupavam os jovens.<\/p><p>Carlota falou sobre as expectativas e a relev\u00e2ncia das a\u00e7\u00f5es governamentais no atual cen\u00e1rio clim\u00e1tico, enquanto Riya aproveitou o seu tempo para explorar como as empresas podem ter um desempenho melhor em termos de pol\u00edtica clim\u00e1tica e por que priorizar a a\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica em detrimento dos lucros de curto prazo. A disponibilidade de recursos de \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel, outra das principais preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es destacadas no inqu\u00e9rito, foi abordada por Ailish no contexto do ODS 6: \u00c1gua Limpa e Saneamento para todos. Por \u00faltimo, Ellie explorou a intersec\u00e7\u00e3o entre a a\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal e a a\u00e7\u00e3o clim\u00e1tica.<\/p><p>O grupo, apoiado por Irm\u00e3 Cecilia O&#8217;Dwyer e Irm\u00e3 Kathyrn Keigher, tamb\u00e9m recebeu Mike Kane, deputado do Reino Unido, e Beth Blissman, Representante da ONU para a Comunidade de Loretto.
