Nas rodas de conversa discutimos os impactos que meninas e mulheres t\u00eam ou podem ter neste preocupante problema das mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas.<\/p><p>Alguns dos efeitos mais comuns das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas que prejudicam os direitos das raparigas incluem: casamento infantil, viol\u00eancia, problemas de sa\u00fade sexual e reprodutiva e interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 menos prov\u00e1vel que as raparigas sejam educadas sobre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, principalmente porque, em tempos de crise, espera-se ou s\u00e3o for\u00e7adas a interromper a sua educa\u00e7\u00e3o e a fazer as tarefas dom\u00e9sticas, o que as torna ignorantes da gravidade deste problema global em curso. Por isso tamb\u00e9m desconhecem as medidas de planeamento familiar e os servi\u00e7os essenciais de sa\u00fade e, consequentemente, sofrem com problemas de sa\u00fade e gravidezes indesejadas. Da mesma forma, quando a sobreviv\u00eancia da fam\u00edlia est\u00e1 em jogo, as raparigas s\u00e3o frequentemente mandadas embora casando-as cedo. H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m uma grande probabilidade de abuso f\u00edsico e mental, viol\u00eancia e tr\u00e1fico devido \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas extremas. Durante o per\u00edodo da gravidez, quando as mulheres necessitam de mais nutri\u00e7\u00e3o e cuidados, \u00e9 mais prov\u00e1vel que passem fome se houver escassez de alimentos. Isso os torna mais suscet\u00edveis a certos tipos de doen\u00e7as.<\/p><p>Esta quest\u00e3o controversa que o mundo de hoje enfrenta pode ser resolvida seguindo algumas medidas simples. Em primeiro lugar, o direito b\u00e1sico de qualquer rapariga \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o deve ser comprometido. As raparigas devem ser mais activas na lideran\u00e7a e mais expressivas sobre o seu impacto nas altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas. Dando um passo em frente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao patriarcado, os rapazes e as raparigas devem ter oportunidades iguais, tanto sociais como econ\u00f3micas. O governo tamb\u00e9m pode desempenhar um papel vital na erradica\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas enfrentados pelas raparigas devido \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas. O governo pode organizar programas onde as mulheres possam falar com confian\u00e7a sobre os seus problemas e partilhar a sua experi\u00eancia pessoal sobre os mesmos. \u00c9 importante tomar medidas, a n\u00edvel local, para que as raparigas aprendam compet\u00eancias e lidem melhor com a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de crise. Procurar justi\u00e7a clim\u00e1tica pode ser uma das formas de apelar aos pa\u00edses mais ricos, que s\u00e3o os mais respons\u00e1veis pela maior parte das emiss\u00f5es, para que ajudem as pessoas que s\u00e3o mais afetadas por ela.<\/p><p>Um resumo da conversa das meninas neste evento e nos eventos locais que est\u00e3o sendo realizados nas comunidades locais em v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses ser\u00e1 entregue \u00e0 ONU Mulheres.
