Ouvimos e aprendemos com mulheres e raparigas que s\u00e3o l\u00edderes nas suas comunidades, institui\u00e7\u00f5es e ONG locais.<\/p><p>As mulheres e as raparigas s\u00e3o frequentemente as primeiras v\u00edtimas quando ocorrem cat\u00e1strofes relacionadas com as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas. Eles est\u00e3o sobrecarregados com a maior parte do trabalho de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o, juntamente com cargas extremas de trabalho dom\u00e9stico impostas pela sociedade. \u00c9 fundamental que as mulheres e as raparigas, que representam quase metade da popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial, sejam inclu\u00eddas na economia global e nos processos de tomada de decis\u00e3o. Eles s\u00e3o os guardi\u00f5es da nossa Casa Comum e o seu trabalho precisa ser reconhecido.<\/p><p>Devopriya Dutta, Coordenadora de Jovens e jovem Praneta Rani de Tarumitra falou sobre sua experi\u00eancia, trabalho e paix\u00e3o em cuidar do meio ambiente. Ap\u00f3s os desastres, ela encorajou as mulheres a come\u00e7ar de novo, apesar da destrui\u00e7\u00e3o das suas casas e dos seus meios de subsist\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Irm\u00e3 Anns James nos apresentou a planta de Moringa da Z\u00e2mbia, tamb\u00e9m conhecida como &#8220;\u00c1rvore Milagrosa.&#8221; As Irm\u00e3s Combonianas&#8217; O projeto M\u00e3e Terra capacitou mulheres agricultoras em agricultura org\u00e2nica sustent\u00e1vel (SOA). Atrav\u00e9s do cultivo da moringa de forma sustent\u00e1vel e org\u00e2nica, est\u00e3o a preservar um modo de vida e a sustentabilidade das suas terras agr\u00edcolas e dos seus meios de subsist\u00eancia. Estas mulheres agricultoras s\u00e3o &#8216;campe\u00e3s do clima&#8217; por direito pr\u00f3prio.<\/p><p>Tamb\u00e9m nos juntaram a Dra.
