O Grupo de Trabalho sobre Raparigas (WGG) reconhece a import\u00e2ncia de incluir as diversas perspectivas dos jovens nas Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas. Todos os anos trabalham para garantir que existam oportunidades consistentes para as raparigas participarem nos eventos e esfor\u00e7os de defesa da Comiss\u00e3o sobre o Estatuto da Mulher.<\/p>

A Comiss\u00e3o sobre o Estatuto da Mulher (CSW) \u00e9 o principal \u00f3rg\u00e3o intergovernamental global dedicado exclusivamente \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade de g\u00e9nero e ao empoderamento das mulheres. Em 2022, a sexag\u00e9sima sexta sess\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o sobre o Estatuto da Mulher (CSW66) adoptou: \u201cAlcan\u00e7ar a igualdade de g\u00e9nero e o empoderamento de todas as mulheres e raparigas no contexto das altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, pol\u00edticas e programas ambientais e de redu\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de cat\u00e1strofes;\u201d como tema priorit\u00e1rio.<\/p>

Como facilitadora e membro do grupo central do Girls' Caucus, participei de um f\u00f3rum p\u00fablico para meninas para discutir o progresso no CSW66 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos interesses e necessidades das meninas. O caucus permitiu-me rever o Projecto Zero e v\u00e1rios projectos das Conclus\u00f5es Acordadas da Comiss\u00e3o. Foi uma oportunidade para propor edi\u00e7\u00f5es e novas linguagens em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s percep\u00e7\u00f5es e experi\u00eancias de meninas em todo o mundo. Este evento permitiu-me desenvolver uma estrat\u00e9gia de advocacia eficaz e diplom\u00e1tica.<\/p>

Participar neste evento deu-me uma compreens\u00e3o exaustiva dos processos da ONU e da ONU.

Essa experi\u00eancia me estimulou ainda mais a buscar oportunidades onde eu possa interagir e aprender com as perspectivas de um grupo diversificado de indiv\u00edduos.<\/p>
