A 31\u00aa Sess\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o do Crime e Justi\u00e7a Penal foi realizada de 16 a 20 de maio de 2022 em Viena. Foi realizado em um formato h\u00edbrido, possibilitando que Nabanita Shome, do Centro Social Mary Ward de Calcut\u00e1 (KMWSC), participasse como nossa delegada.<\/p>

Houve 1.300 participantes que inclu\u00edram Estados Membros, Institutos das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es intergovernamentais e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais. Al\u00e9m dos procedimentos formais, foram organizados mais de 80 workshops e eventos paralelos.<\/p>

Na sess\u00e3o foram adoptadas tr\u00eas resolu\u00e7\u00f5es: Refor\u00e7ar o quadro jur\u00eddico internacional para a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o internacional para prevenir e combater o tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de vida selvagem; Reduzir a reincid\u00eancia atrav\u00e9s da reabilita\u00e7\u00e3o e reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o, e Refor\u00e7ar os esfor\u00e7os nacionais e internacionais, incluindo com o sector privado, para proteger as crian\u00e7as da explora\u00e7\u00e3o e do abuso sexual. 1. Abordagem baseada no sobrevivente: chegar a um sobrevivente deve ser feito nos termos dos sobreviventes e n\u00e3o baseado no nosso conceito do que \u00e9 certo e errado
2. A maioria dos organismos em funcionamento e das partes interessadas tentam alcan\u00e7ar a agenda pr\u00e9-definida para combater o tr\u00e1fico, onde a necessidade de sobreviventes se torna secund\u00e1ria.
