Esta foi a primeira vez que participei num evento como este e rapidamente descobri a verdadeira dedica\u00e7\u00e3o e experi\u00eancia de todos os envolvidos na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento. Contribuir para o evento atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o do cartaz e ajudar na facilita\u00e7\u00e3o foi incrivelmente gratificante e senti um imenso orgulho em trabalhar para garantir o sucesso do evento.<\/p><p>Para mim, o aspecto mais not\u00e1vel do evento foi a intelig\u00eancia e o entusiasmo das jovens e meninas que participaram do evento. Fiquei t\u00e3o surpreso com sua paix\u00e3o, articula\u00e7\u00e3o de suas opini\u00f5es e desejo de criar mudan\u00e7as e defender quest\u00f5es sociais. Foi inspirador para mim ver a nossa gera\u00e7\u00e3o de meninas e mulheres jovens serem t\u00e3o transformadoras. Fiquei emocionado por fazer parte de uma conversa t\u00e3o poderosa, onde todas as opini\u00f5es foram valorizadas e a diversidade de diferentes culturas, ra\u00e7as, origens e idades foi celebrada.<\/p><p>O C\u00edrculo de Conversa foi uma oportunidade brilhante de me conectar com mulheres e meninas de todo o mundo e eu gostei muito. Acredito firmemente que conversas e eventos como este est\u00e3o no cerne da justi\u00e7a social e criam mudan\u00e7as e esperan\u00e7a reais. Encorajo outras pessoas a participarem e a participarem em eventos como este no futuro, pois senti-me muito revigorado pelas conversas e confortado pela quantidade de pessoas que tamb\u00e9m se preocupam em criar mudan\u00e7as. Participar da Roda de Conversa Virtual do WGG foi uma experi\u00eancia transformadora para mim. Renovou a minha f\u00e9 de que a mudan\u00e7a pode come\u00e7ar com os indiv\u00edduos e as suas a\u00e7\u00f5es e opini\u00f5es. Aprendi mais sobre como a educa\u00e7\u00e3o e a tecnologia s\u00e3o cruciais para alcan\u00e7ar a igualdade de g\u00e9nero e empoderar mulheres e raparigas.<\/p><p>Este evento foi uma oportunidade de nos conectarmos com mulheres e meninas de todo o mundo e aprender com elas, algo que normalmente somos restringidos devido aos locais.
