The report was written by the members of the Inter-agency Task Force on Financing for Development and it provides a review of the progress in the implementation of the Financing for Development outcomes, the Addis Ababa Action Agenda and relevant means of implementation targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2030).
This report was published at the time of uncertainty from the health, social and economic impacts of the global Covid 19 pandemic. The report found that “not only are the international economic and financial system failing to deliver on the SDGs but there has been a substantial backsliding in key areas.”
