Healthy Mangroves, Healthy Waters
Mangroves play an important role in the coastal region of Mauritius providing shelter for juvenile fish, crabs and other marine life. Healthy mangroves are vital as many coastal people depend on fisheries to earn a living. Loreto College Curepipe Go Green members and mentors replanted and cleaned mangroves in Riviere Noire with the help of Pascal Laroulette.
