One of the aims of the IBVM NGO at the United Nations, in which both the Congregations of Jesus and the IBVM/ Loreto/Loretto collaborate, is to involve young people and make their voice heard in United Nations processes.
Christina Zha, Mary Ward Centre, Toronto, is spearheading an initiative young people between the ages of 16 – 35 to join a process which, while allowing for discussion and learning on the implementation of specific Sustainable Development Goals, will lead to a joint Statement coming from our youth around the world at the 2019 Youth Forum.
